Sundays

SCROLL DOWN

Sundays

SUNDAYS, 4 for 4.30pm

On Sundays we meet in St Mark's Myddelton Square near Angel tube station - it's 4pm for tea and cake, and then a 4.30pm start. You are always welcome to join us wherever you're coming from faith-wise, and if you've got kids, then bring them along too, and make use of our DBS-checked creche, youth, and children's groups.

In our meetings, our aim is to keep Jesus Christ central, and to get to know God better through what he says in the Bible. As well as a talk, there's the chance to respond by singing, praying, and spending time together. No question is out of bounds, and you can take part in as much or as little as you'd like.

If you’re unable to attend in person, then you can still catch up with a video of the talk, which we’ll put up on our Youtube channel.

Tuesdays

Tuesdays

SMALL GROUPS - TUESDAYS, 7.30 for 8pm

Tuesday evenings are a key time to feel like you belong. We’ve started off our Small Group year (2023-24) with Jonah and now we’re getting back into Mark’s gospel, through to Easter. Groups meet in the main church building. And for those who have no way of being there in person there’s an online group.

Wherever groups meet our hope and prayer is that they are place to listen to God speak, encourage each other, and to pray. If you’d like to join a group, you can get in contact or turn up to St Mark’s on a Tuesday evening. They really are the best place to feel part of the church family. For groups meeting in St Mark’s there’s a hot meal available each week from 7.30pm.

ToTs and Wot

ToTs and Wot

Tots on thursdays

THURSDAYS, 9.45-10.45am

T.o.Ts is a friendly weekly session for babies, toddlers and their grown-ups. It meets upstairs in St Mark’s. There’s free play and and we have a short time of music, rhythm and rhymes, with a short rhyming bible story. You’ll find plenty of tea, coffee and cakes to keep you going.

Come and try it out to see if you’d like to come regularly. Email Kirsten, with any questions. We encourage people to pay in a block for the term but it works out at £1 per family per session. But please don’t let money be a reason to stop you coming.

ToTs meets each Thursday in term time. The summer term runs 18th April to 11th July. (Half-term break on Thursday 30th May)

Women on Thursdays

THURSDAYS,11am-12.30pm

W.o.T is a great opportunity to get together with other women to spend time in God’s word and find encouragement. It’s always been a great support to mums navigating parenting.

If that sounds appealing to you, then come along to find out more or contact Kirsten. You can come as you are and with any questions you might have about Christianity.

W.o.T meets each Thursday in term time. The summer term runs 18th April to 11th July. (Half-term break on Thursday 30th May)

Giving

GIVING

WHY DO WE GIVE AS A CHURCH?

The early church gathered in the aftermath of the resurrection and Pentecost, and listened to God’s word every day (Acts 2:42- 47). As they do that, they are moved to radical generosity. The rest of the New Testament makes it clear that giving is a way of showing love to others, of worshipping God for his generosity to us, and an expression of practical trust in him. Please do speak to the elders if you’d like to talk more about that.

WHAT I AM I GIVING TO?

At Trinity, we’re self-supporting as a church family. This means that all of our staff costs, rent for the building, running costs and support for other causes, are provided for by the sustained and generous giving of the church family. We’re incredibly grateful for our givers, and the way that their joyful generosity is a response to Jesus’ sacrifice.
