Trinity Church Islington gets together each week on a Sunday afternoon at 4.30pm - we regularly have visitors calling in, wherever they are in their thinking. It’s an informal hour-and-a-bit, centred on the person of Jesus Christ, and aimed at getting to know God better through the words of the Bible. If you wanted to sample the kind of things we cover in our talks, then head across to our media page. And if you’d like to hear some of the songs we sing, we’ve made a playlist on Youtube here.
Around the talk, there is a mix of music, prayers, and the occasional interview or question time. Roughly once a month we’ll share communion, too. And if you’re bringing kids, there are also groups for teenagers and children of all ages, with a staffed crèche looked after by DBS-checked church members.
Of course, as a community we want to get to know each other better as well. If you join us at 4pm before our service, there's always tea and cake and a chance to catch up. Or perhaps you might be able to stick around afterwards? With Upper Street just around the corner, there are a whole variety of places that people can go on to for a drink or some food together.
Feel free to come along and have a look – you can join in with as much or as little as you’d like. Alternatively, get typing and send us an email using the form below.
